(57) The invention relates to reinforcement building, namely to butterfly valves for shutting off pipelines transporting various media and

The invention relates to the field of fittings, in particular, to: gate valves for shutting off pipelines transporting various media.
The aim of the invention is to increase the tightness of the connection between the valve body and the pipe flanges.
FIG. 1 shows a flap, partial axial section; in fig. 2 is a sectional view in FIG. 1; in fig. 3 - part of the valve body with an elastomer cuff and a flange of the connected pipeline; in fig. 4 - mounting the valve between the two flanges and dismantling one of the flanges while maintaining the working pressure, section.
The valve body 1 is made with tides 2 under the holes 3 of the fastening elements to enable it to be installed between the flanges 4 and 5 of the attached pipelines. The housing 1 is bounded by two parallel radial lateral surfaces 6 and 7, it has a central passage channel 8, the surface of which is covered with an elastomeric cuff 9 with a V-shaped cross section, and 5, an ion hole 10, through which the cause a shaft 11 with a disc locking member 12 installed therein. The cuff 9 is provided with a central portion 13 and radial jaws 14 and 15, spacer; ENP in the counter grooves 16 and 17 of the housing. When flanges 4 and 5 are pressed against the valve body 1, their radial surfaces compress the convex sections 27 of the cuff to the level of the radial surfaces 6 and 7 of the body and cause the sponge elastomer to move into the free volume of the annular space 25. Thus, the deformation of the cuff is directional. The elastomer does not move to the central portion 13 of the cuff, which may adversely affect the degree of tightness and the amount of drive force. The curvilinear profile of the groove in section 18 allows any ripping to be opposed by the forces arising in the cuff 9 (tension, compression).
To dismantle the downstream pipeline while maintaining the working pressure therein, fasteners are unscrewed from the flange. In this case, the flap is in the closed position, and its body remains pressed against the upstream flange.

1. A damper comprising a housing with tides, in which axial holes are made under fasteners for mounting the damper between the flanges of the connected pipelines, two parallel radial lateral surfaces and a central bore, the surface of which is covered with an elastomeric cuff with a V-section, and a locking member in the form of a disc mounted in the passage channel on the rotary shaft, passed through the transverse opening of the housing, perpendicular to the axis of the passage channel, with the possibility with the central section of the cuff, the cuff being made with radiating jaws, and the body with reciprocal ring grooves on the radial side surfaces to accommodate the cuff jaws made to form a free volume for installing the gate between the flanges of the attached pipelines, moving the cuff elastomer into the volume of the grooves without moving it to the central section of the cuff, casting an increase in the tightness of the connection of the valve body to the flanges of the pipelines, the grooves are made in the form of expansion Curved profile sections located in the continuation of the flow channel, passing into a conical radial section, which in turn passes into an annular axial groove bounded by cylindrical surfaces, forming which are perpendicular to the plane of the radial side surface of the housing, with the bottom of the surfaces located in the extension the conical section, and the cuff sponge is made with the profile of the inner surface, the counter profile of the groove of the body, while the outer diameter of the sponge is smaller than the outer diameter of the upper surface of the groove, and with the profile of the outer surface consisting of a flat section located on the curvilinear section of the groove in the plane, the radial side surface of the housing, and a convex section opposite the conical section and a groove tangential to the plane parallel to the radial plane side surface
